Agent configuration and testing
The demonstration brings agent setup and verification into the development environment. The workflow includes:
- Configuring the deployed model that Sparkles will use.
- Configuring an MCP connection so the agent can access the shop’s tools.
- Invoking the agent from the development environment to test its behavior.
- Verifying access to the shop’s prompts and live ordering tools, checking that the agent can use them.
Keeping tests repeatable
The workflow also includes storing traces, evaluation datasets, and results with the project. Keeping these artifacts together supports repeatable testing of the agent’s behavior and tool use.
